The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the necessary conditions and procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and users, and other necessary matters in using the PESS Mining Wallet App (hereinafter referred to as "App").
"Service" refers to all functions and benefits that users can receive through the App.
"User" means an individual or legal entity using the App in accordance with these terms and conditions.
"Mining" means the act of acquiring PESS Tokens according to the method provided within the App.
"Wallet" refers to a digital account where users can store, send, and receive their digital assets.
"Company" means the entity that operates and manages the PESS Mining Wallet App.
These terms and conditions become effective when announced within the App or by other means of notification.
The Company may change these terms and conditions when deemed necessary, and the changed terms and conditions become effective when announced through the App.
If a user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, the user may discontinue using the service and withdraw from membership.
Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changed terms and conditions shall be deemed as consent to the changes.
The Company provides the following services:
The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services due to system maintenance, upkeep, service reorganization, or other reasons, and shall notify users in advance in such cases.
However, in unavoidable circumstances, notification may be given afterward.
Users must apply for membership registration according to the prescribed procedures within the App.
The Company may refuse or cancel membership registration in the following cases:
If membership information is changed, the user must immediately notify the Company and make corrections.
Users must not engage in the following activities through the App:
Users must comply with these terms and conditions and related laws and regulations.
The Company shall do its best to provide stable and continuous service in accordance with related laws and regulations and these terms and conditions.
The Company shall endeavor to protect personal information so that users can use the service safely.

- Monthly Subscription Product: Grants the right to receive points via the mining button without viewing advertisements upon purchase, with automatic renewal on a designated date each month. Subscription cancellation must be done directly through the subscription management page of the respective store (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
- Permanent Access Pass Product: Grants the permanent right to receive points via the mining button without viewing advertisements through a one-time payment. An additional benefit of 40,000 PESS Tokens will be provided.
- This does not apply to partnership advertisements, and usage is limited to within 5% of all users.
2. Token Provision Procedure for the Permanent Access Pass
Members who purchase the Permanent Access Pass must send their PESS App wallet address to pess@pesscoin.com for the token provision to be successfully completed. Token provision may take up to 5 days, depending on operational circumstances.
3. Withdrawal of Subscription
- Members may request a withdrawal of subscription (payment cancellation) only if the paid service has not been used at all within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Withdrawal of subscription must be applied for directly through the respective store's customer service center.
4. Reasons for Non-Refundability
Withdrawal of subscription and refund is not possible in any of the following cases:
- If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- If any portion of the benefits of the paid service has been used after purchase. Specifically, if the 'mine without ads' function of the monthly subscription or Permanent Access Pass has been used even once to receive points, it is considered usage of digital content and is non-refundable.
- If the additional benefit of the Permanent Access Pass, the PESS Tokens, has already been provided.
5. Refund for Overpayment
If an overpayment, such as double billing, occurs during the payment process without the member's intent or fault, please contact the Customer Center (pess@pesscoin.com). We will confirm the details and refund the full amount of the overpayment.
6. Other Provisions
This refund policy applies only to paid services provided by the Company, and other matters comply with the 'Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.' and the operating policies of each store.
All content and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use the App's content without the prior consent of the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by the user's fault.
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, service interruptions, or delays.
Users may discontinue using the service and withdraw from membership at any time.
Upon withdrawal, the user's account and all data will be deleted in an irretrievable state.
All disputes related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
The competent court for any disputes shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.
These terms and conditions shall be effective from January 18, 2025.
The Company may establish additional policies or detailed regulations as necessary for the stable operation and improvement of the App, and these shall be considered part of these terms and conditions.
Users must comply with the Company's policies and regulations, and may be restricted from using the service for violations.
